These farmers are friends of the community and friends of our company. They pride themselves in growing fresh vegetables and never use pesticides. A special shout out to farmer Jerry, who is one of our key suppliers of our fresh ingredients. We are committed to using organic and non-GMO ingredients whenever possible. We also make our salsa and sauses from scratch in our kitchen, so you can be sure that your meal is fresh and flavorful.

I never realized that in watching her, I was actually learning how to cook traditional Mexican food. Soon, I put my hands to work. Not only did I learn to cook, but I also learned to experiment with recipes. Cooking for a house full of Mexican eaters became my passion. Compliments began to shower the dishes. No one ever said your food is better than grandma's, except for grandma herself. I owned and operated a family restaurant in Texas. But, Santiago'sSalsa became the highlight of my cooking career. I was the first in the family to venture into the world of Salsa.
